JAMMU: An employee of Jal Shakti Department (JSD) was electrocuted to death on Wednesday.
As per the details, Rajinder Kumar, son of Des Raj, resident of Patoli Mangotrian visited a temple near his house to pay obeisance. On seeing water logged in temple, he started clearing it and accidently came in contact with a live wire and received electric shock. He was shifted to hospital in an unconscious condition, where doctors declared him as brought dead. The deceased was working in Jal Shakti Department.
In another incident, Ram Gopal, resident of Khour also received electric shock from a water motor and was shifted to hospital for treatment.
