JAMMU, Feb 9: Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday recorded 681 fresh Covid cases, taking the number of infected persons to 448786 while four persons died in Kashmir Division due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said.
Of the new cases, 35 were from the Jammu division and 322 from the Kashmir division of the union territory, Officials sai9d.
Jammu district recorded the highest number of cases at 184, followed by 139 in Srinagar district.
There are 10230 active cases in the union territory while the number of recoveries so far has been 433824, officials said.
Moreover, 2805 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 786 from Jammu Division and 2019 from Kashmir, they said. (Agencies)
