SRINAGAR: Srinagar, Baramulla, Kulgam and Kupwara qualified for the third phase of Premiere Volleyball League being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council under the aegis of Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
Earlier, In last day second phase matches played at Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Stadium, Srinagar beat Shopian in straight 3-0 ( 25-18, 25-21, 27-25) sets; Kupwara beat Budgam 3-2 (21-25,16-25, 25-16, 25-21, 15-10) and qualified for third phase. Anantnag beat Budgam in straight 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-22). Baramulla and Kulgam have already qualified for third phase. Today’s matches were witnessed by Abdul Ahad Vice President of Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir, Mohd Tariq Joint Secretary Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir, Nelofer Habib Secretary Kulgam Volleyball Association and Shabir Malik Secretary Volleyball Association Shopian besides large number of volleyball lovers.
