Listen to grievances of common man

Dear Editor,
As per media reports, the Prime Minister conducted meeting of seventy cabinet secretaries and passed on several instructions to remove the grievances of a common man and also instructed that while leaving office in the evening, send email regarding work done on that day. Present government is in Office for last seven years and if the Prime Minister has to convey such type of institutions it means there is a serious flaws at grass root level and need overhauling of the system.
Through this letter I request the Prime Minister to treat my case as a ‘test case’ and the Department will know how a common man is harassed by each ministry and nobody want to solve grievances of a common man. I had taken premature retirement due to total incapacitation from bank after completion of thirty years of service and I am suffering from multiple sclerosis a neurological disease for last twenty three years and due to this reason took retirement fifteen years ago and during these fifteen years, did not visit the branch not even a single day. There is infringement of right in pension and in Nov 2019, I sent a representation to Disability Department of MSJE and it was miserably dealt by them and I had to make complaint to than Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, Thawar Chand Gehlot. I had to make a complaint to the then Minister of Law, Ravi Shankar Prasad and it is another matter that now both had been changed. Now I come to very poor service of PG-PORTAL and it appears that this Deptt is engaged in showing quantitative figures and not qualitative. Any grievance dealt by grievance redressal department is another headache for a common man and I am surprised whether there is no one to see whether a common man is being satisfied by removing the problems which are being faced by a common man. Now talks are going on for Upgradation of Pension of bankers and during the last 45 days I had sent three representations to Finance Minister of India and two Representations to PMO and also requested the chief justice of India to intervene in the matter and treat the representation as PIL to protect the legitimate rights of the concerned persons. In the last I request respected Prime Minister to treat this letter as a ‘test check’ to see the miserable handling of a common man’s grievances.
Yash Pal Ralhan.
