The BJP on Sunday said that N Biren Singh has been elected as the leader of the legislature party and will continue as chief minister of Manipur for a second term. The announcement was made in Imphal by Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who was appointed as the BJP central observer for Manipur.
