Srinagar, March 21: Terrorists on Monday shot dead a civilian in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said.
A police officer said that the civilian identified as Tajamul Mohi-ud-Din Rather was fired upon by militants near his home at Gotpora Budgam this evening.
He was shifted to hospital but died before he could be admitted to hospital, sources said. (Agencies)
