The government Wednesday officially announced the visit by Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov who is expected to hold talks with external affairs minister S Jaishankar on Friday. UK foreign secretary Elizabeth Truss and US deputy NSA Daleep Singh will also be in Delhi to discuss concerns about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
