JAMMU: J&K UT Youth Volleyball Men team is leaving tomorrow on 9th April 2022 for participating in 23rd Youth National Volleyball Championship for Men & Women to be held at Rudarpur (Uttarakhand) from 11th to 16th April 2022.
Prior to proceeding for National participation, the team underwent 10 days intensive coaching camp organized by Volleyball Association of J&K with the collaboration of J&K Sports Council at MA Stadium Jammu under the supervision of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer (J), J&K Sports Council Jammu and Volleyball Coach Ramiz Tariq Qualified NIS Level-I & II of FIVB coaches course.
Sidharth Daluja President Volleyball Association of J&K, H.S Gill Executive Vice President, Vijay Kumar Magotra Hony. General Secretary, R.C Sharma Treasurer and Kuldip Magotra Chief Executive Officer of the Association of J&K distributed sports kits and track suits among the players and officials and also wished the team for good result in the national championship.
The team was screened by Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer (J), J&K Sports Council and Satish Gupta, Manager MA Stadium Sports Complex Jammu.
TEAM: Pankaj Sharma (Jammu), Aman Choudhary (Jammu), Rahul Singh (Jammu), Momin Javid (Anantnag), Faheem Mushtaq (Anantnag), Dilip Sharma (Kathua), Varun Badyal (Kathua), Shubam Sharma (Kathua), Aryan Sodan (Rajouri), Ibrar Ahmed Lone (Kupwara), Mudassir Choudhary (Poonch) and Javaid Gulzar (Kulgam).
Subash Sharma and Ramiz Tariq are accompanying as manager and coach of men team while Amarjit Singh is also accompanying the team as invitee referee of VFI.
