Confident of wrestlers winning medals for India: Dushyant

JAMMU: Former president of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) and international wrestler, Dushyant Sharma has high expectations from the wrestlers representing the country in Tokyo Olympics.
“I’m confident of wrestlers winning a couple of medals for the country.
Wrestling has always made us feel proud at the international events. With Ravi Dahiya already entered the final, we expect medals from Deepak Punia, Anshu Malik and other wrestlers,” said Dushyant, who is also general secretary of the J&K Olympic Association (JKOA).
In the meantime, the oldest and one of the prominent Akhara (wrestling training facility) of Jammu, Bajrangi Akhara held a special event with members of the management committee and wrestlers to wish Wrestlers competing at the Olympics all the very best in their race for the medals.
