RAJOURI: Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University congratulated India men’s hockey team for winning the hearts of the nation after they defeated Germany in a thrilling bronze medal match to add to India’s tally at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The Indian team won their first Olympic medal in men’s hockey since 1980. Congratulating the team India for spectacular victory , Prof. Akbar said , ” This is a historic win that will inspire millions of youngsters to give their best for the country and make the whole nation proud”. Prof.Akbar said that this win will go down in the history and shall be remembered for the resilience and skill showcased by Indian Men’s hockey team in Tokyo Olympics 2020.
