AKHNOOR: To further strengthen protection against COVID-19 a vaccination drive is currently being held (from August 6-7) at Government Degree College Akhnoor under the aegis of The Department of Health, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
Vaccination is being provided to students as well as members of the staff who have not been vaccinated yet.
The principal of the college, Dr. Namarta stressed on ensuring that no student is left unvaccinated. Around 1200 dozes of the “Covishield” vaccine are being made available in the drive where SOPs are strictly being followed and only those students who are not yet vaccinated are allowed on campus.
