To its bad luck, Jammuites are facing unprecedented and never before electricity crises. The absence of uninterrupted power supply is forcing the people of Jammu to spend restless days and sleepless nights. The electricity crisis has put the people to great hardships and inconveniences as they are forced to bear the brunt of electricity failure. The government has failed to provide the adequate power supply to the consumers in these days of scorching heat and temperature and this lands the people of Jammu division to great trouble and sufferings. It is the duty of the government to provide adequate power supply to the people in these hot days but the government of the day fails in supplying the much needed power to the consumers and thus people are facing the problem of scant electricity and they are forced to bear the hardships due to the absence of required electricity. The government should tide over the unprecedented power crisis and come to the rescue of the people by ensuring them 24X7 electricity in these days of summer. It is the responsibility and the bounden duty of the government to provide uninterrupted power supply so that the people heave a sigh of relief, but the government fails in providing the much needed electricity to people. What is the use and purpose of electrifying the hundred percent habitations when there is the unfortunate and disturbing phenomena of electricity sans habitations. Therefore the government is required to provide the required and much needed electricity to the consumers so that they are in a position to spend the days and nights with ease and convenience. Since Jammu and Kashmir is reeling under the electricity crisis because there is scant power supply and the government should augment its power position by purchasing the much needed electricity from the other electricity surplus states so that the worst ever power crisis is resolved to the satisfaction of the consumers. By and large the consumers are paying the electricity tariffs in time but they only get inadequate and scant electric supply which forces them to bear the brunt of the electricity failure. Therefore without wasting time the government should make sincere efforts to make available to the people the needed electricity in these hot days so that they spend days and nights with ease and comfort by having the much needed power supply. During elections the political parties promise moon and required and adequate electricity but when elections pass the consumers are forced to bear the problem of inadequate and scant electricity which lands them in trouble and inconvenience. The people of Jammu and Kashmir read Jammu are feeling uneasy due the inadequate power supply and they should be given proper power supply so that they spend the days and nights with ease. But what is happening in these hot summer days is that the consumers are facing the worst ever power crisis which is no less than a headache for the common man who is forced to spend time without adequate electricity. The life of Jammuties has become a virtual hell because of the lack of adequate power supply and unless and until steps are taken to augment the power supply, the people will continue to experience the hardships which are no less than a nightmarish for the people of Jammu and there is urgent need to provide unhindered power supply to the consumers so that they do not encounter the difficulties and sufferings in the absence of the needed and required electricity. So it is impressed upon the government to pay a heed towards solving of the power crisis so that people are relieved from the hardships and tension due to absence of the required electricity. Thus there is immediate need to augment the power supply so that the consumers are provided 24X7 electricity supply during these hot summer days. Since the demand of power increases during the summer, so the consumers are also requested to use electricity very judiciously and they should not make use of the electric gadgets in peak hours so that the power supply is not adversely affected. Thus on the one hand it is the duty of the government to make available unhindered power supply to the consumer throughout the year and on the other hand it is the moral duty of the consumers as well to use power very judiciously so that they will not face the power crisis during the summer season. The people of Jammu are battling worst ever power crisis and the government should take necessary and sincere steps to provide the unhindered power supply so that the people will spend the time with ease and comfort. But what is happening in these summer days is very unfortunate because the consumers are forced to spend time without adequate electricity which is a harrowing experience for the people who are forced to spend time without adequate power supply which is against interest of the consumers. The NDA government headed by the BJP is clamoring day and night that it is going to make capital cities of Srinagar and Jammu as the smart cities but the people of these cities are reeling under worst ever power crisis and in the absence of the adequate power supply how will the government embark on the mission of making Srinagar and Jammu as smart cities. Therefore all the tall claims of the government are utopian and dreamy and the government should make available adequate power supply to the consumers so that they will not suffer for the want of the needed electricity. Thus the government is required to focus its attention towards the mitigating of the power crisis so that the people are relieved from the power crisis and they spend their time with ease and comfort and they do not face difficulties without adequate power supply. The consumers are facing untold sufferings in absence of the adequate power supply because they are forced to spend the time without the adequate electricity which is a very bad experience for the consumers as they are spending their time without adequate electricity. These hot summer days have turned into a virtual hell for the Jammuites because of the lack of adequate electricity supply as the people are spending their time without the adequate power supply which is really a very bad experience for the people who pay electricity tariffs in time as the responsible consumers. The government should come to the rescue of the common man and provide some relief to him from the unprecedented power crisis so that they live with ease and comfort in these scorching hot days. The government of the day should realize that the people will not pardon them for their failure to augment the scant electricity and provide the adequate power supply to consumers to relieve them from the sufferings and inconveniences due to the inadequate power supply. The government should realize as to how much inconvenient it is for the consumers to spend their time without the adequate electricity and it is really nightmarish for the consumers to spend the time without the adequate power supply. The people who are the real sovereigns in a democracy have the power to penalize the government and the people will teach the indifferent government a lesson for not taking the power crisis seriously and they are ready to give a chance to AAP of Arvind Kejriwal so that it will provide free electricity up to 300 units to the consumers and the government should be ready for the change of guards when the elections will be held for Jammu and Kashmir assembly. At the moment it can be said that the consumers will have to tolerate the woes of inadequate electricity till the power situation is improved. Therefore the government should take all the necessary and sincere steps to mitigate the power crisis in Jammu and Kashmir so that the people will heave a sigh of relief. In short it is true that the people of Jammu are forced to have uneasy days and sleepless nights due to the absence of adequate electricity till the position of the electricity is not improved.
