JAMMU: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu is organizing a Management Development Program (MDP) for 15 days (working), in residential mode for the Executives of SJVN from August 9-27, 2021.
The programme was jointly inaugurated by Prof. B.S Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu and D. P. Kaushal, Executive Director (HR), SJVN Limited.
Prof. Sahay emphasized stated that, there is no shortcut to success and you have to completely involve yourself to be a winner. He further added that learning is always a two-way process and therefore encouraged the participants to be participative and get maximum benefit from the MDP.
D.P. Kaushal, the guest of honor for the inaugural program, encouraged all the SJVN Executives to develop their competencies and be better prepared as well as equipped for the future needs of business.
Chairperson Executive Education, Prof. Pankaj Agarwal underscored the objectives, both IIM Jammu and SJVN Limited have in common, i.e. to eradicate the darkness and illuminate the world, through different ways.
The introductory address on the inaugural session was given by Prof. Sujeet Singh, Co-Director MDP and session was concluded with a vote of thanks given by Prof. Mamta Tripathi, Co-Director MDP.
