A Sri Lankan was killed during the protests while another’s house was set on fire on Monday, as the the country’s economic crisis deepened. The Sri Lankan PM Mahinda Rajapaksa also tendered his resignation earlier on Monday. Earlier today, the Sri Lankan police imposed a nationwide curfew after clashes broke out between rival political camp in Colombo, injuring at least 150 people, according to officials.
