DB directs respondents to proceed against unauthorised occupants in Gulmarg

SRINAGAR: Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Sanjay Dhar, on Friday expressed displeasure against authorities for not filling affidavit indicating number of existing buildings with other details of all unauthorised buildings/structures and legal action taken, if any, against owners of those buildings.
DB strictly ordered to each of the respondents to come out clearly on the aforementioned aspects even at the cost of repetition within a period of one month, after supplying copies of affidavits to all other parties concerned. In the meantime, it is open for respondents to proceed against all unauthorised occupants or owners of the buildings, in accordance with law.
