JAMMU: JK Public School Panjtirthi celebrated Independence Day virtually to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of freedom of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.
These difficult times of pandemic did not dampen the spirit of pride and patriotism in the Jakiians as they participated in the celebration with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Jakiians presented a plethora of colourful performances conveying the important message of patriotism and national spirit through role play, poetry recitals, dance performances, singing patriotic songs and louding slogans.
Adding on to the vigour and celebration of the Independence Day, the Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah declared that this celebration shall encompass the glimpse of the pride of Bharat and the glory of modern India.
She louded that the theme of the celebration Shall be “Nation first Always first”.
She further expressed, “It is a day to feel proud about being a part of this great nation. May this spirit of freedom leads us all to success and glory in life. It is our responsibility as proud citizens of the country to sincerely perform our duties and progress together for the growth and development of our country. Happy Independence Day! “
