The defence infrastructure being set up by China near its border with India is alarming and the level of activity there is eye-opening, US Army’s Pacific Commanding General Charles A Flynn said in New Delhi on Wednesday. Flynn arrived in India on Tuesday and had met Army chief General Manoj Pande to discuss bolstering of military cooperation.
