Modi Govt’s takers outnumbered rejecters in Kashmir Valley: Yudhvir

JAMMU: Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP Vice President on Friday asserted that whether it was abrogation of Article 370, combating coronavirus, taming Pakistan and terror or initiatives to restore pristine glory of J&K, people’s faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ability to steer the UT out of turmoil has increased manifold with things changing drastically on ground as Kashmiris supporting PM outnumbering those who think otherwise.
Yudhvir said this while chairing a meeting of traders of Pacca Danga, Hanuman Gali, Khilone Wali Gali and Afgan Mohalla. Corporator Anil Masoom was also accompanied the senior BJP leader.
Sethi expressed grave concern on the continuous killings of BJP leaders in the Union Territory and demanded strict action against the perpetrators of such heinous crime.
He said that it is just a matter of time that all the culprits behind the killings and attacks on BJP leaders and that of other parties will be brought to book or neutralized by the security forces. He made it clear that the sacrifices made by the party colleagues will not go in vain, rather the same will form the basis of ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity in the Valley as the security forces are focusing on return of tranquility and normalcy in the UT of J&K.
Sethi said that popularity of PM Modi in J&K especially Kashmir is the testimony to the fact that his policies remained phenomenal in the last couple of years and people in Kashmir are showing faith in his abilities as never before.
He said now only a handful of violence mongers are opposing the moves of the BJP Government led by PM Modi as a huge lot of people have turned towards the BJP stalwart for endorsing his policies in J&K especially abrogation of Article 370 and elimination of terror mongers.
Later, Sethi interacted with traders and apprised them about the major achievements of the BJP Government.
