NCP president Sharad Pawar on Sunday expressed strong displeasure over what he described as the “unilateral decision” taken by Uddhav Thackeray in the last cabinet meeting of the MVA he chaired as chief minister on June 28 to rename Aurangabad and Osmanabad.
