JAMMU: The Government on Wednesday suspended three officers of Jal Shakti Department (JSD) in misappropriation of government funds.
In terms of Rule 31 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, Surjit Singh the then I/c Executive Engineer, JSD Division Kathua, presently posted as I/c Executive Engineer, JKWRRA; Tejinder Singh the then I/c Technical Officer to Executive Engineer, JSD Division Kathua, presently posted as I/C AEE in the JSD Sub-Division Kunjwani, of JSD City Division No. II, Jammu; and Madan Lal, Assistant Account Officer JSD Division Kathua have been placed under suspension, with immediate effect.
