STATE TIMES NEWS UDHAMPUR: Senior Congress leader Sumeet Magotra widely flayed JK UT Govt. for sudden increase in tariff of potable water in JK UT in arbitrary manner. Addressing press conference, Sumeet Magotra said that people of the JK UT already reeling under immense financial crises due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and on the other hand Govt bent on increasing the tariff rates of potable water is noway justified. He said that several times, he the issue of waving off electricity and drinking water bills of the public for two years due to their poor economic condition in Corona era. Magotra further added that common man is already facing an economic threat due to the day by day increasing rates of LPG, Petrol and diesel. Congress leader threaten if this particular anti people decision remained enforced Congress workers would have no option but to come the road in days to come against JK UT Govt.
