Vice-president M Venkaiah Naidu, who demits office on August 10, will leave behind a legacy of having bumped up the performance of Rajya Sabha as its chairman on several counts, improving productivity of the House and encouraging the use of mother tongue besides a detailed study of the functioning of the House of Elders.
