JAMMU, Aug 13: The Jammu and Kashmir administration under Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday terminated the services of five government employees including the wife of Bitta Karate who is facing terror charges and is an accused in the matter of killing of Kashmiri pandits with alleged terror links under Article 311 (2) C of the Constitution, according to sources.
