Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday issued a look out circular (LOC) against all the accused, including Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, in the Delhi Excise Policy scam. Sisodia reacted with a tweet in Hindi, saying “it’s unfortunate that Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps thinking against whom should a CBI ‘lookout circular’ be issued.”
