Union minister Nitin Gadkari has fired a salvo at the Centre stating that the “government is not taking decisions in time”. During a recent event in Mumbai, the transport minister said: “Time is the most important thing in construction. Time is the biggest capital. The biggest problem is the government is not taking decisions in time.”
