Taking a dig at bureaucrats who delay taking decisions, Union road transport minister Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday said they don’t understand the cost of such acts on people and investors. He said officers who get their salary on the first day of every month won’t understand the importance of time and the impact of delayed decision making.
