Strictly follow CAB, get vaccinated: DC Rajouri

RAJOURI: The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan on Tuesday appealed to the people of the district to continue the following of COVID Appropriate Behaviour to avert the third wave of COVID19 in the district.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the top researchers, epidemiologists and virologists are consistently warning of another wave adding that vaccine and Covid Appropriate Behaviour are vital to avert the same.
The Deputy Commissioner urged upon the public to avoid unnecessary gatherings in markets and other public places. He has also warned of strict action if any one found violating the necessary COVID SOPs.
The Deputy Commissioner has also appreciated the public of Rajouri district for their support to the administration in mitigating the second wave of the COVID and urged upon them to keep following the Covid appropriate behaviour as the same is a key to avert the third wave.
The Deputy Commissioner advised the people to take COVID vaccine and also go for COVID test if they feel any symptoms to ensure their safety as well as the safety of the others.
The Deputy Commissioner also urged upon the public to get themselves registered under SEHAT scheme to avail the necessary benefits under the scheme.
