The decision to invite all opposition leaders from across the country on Devi Lal’s birth anniversary was taken during an hour-long meeting between Nitish and INLD chief and former Haryana CM Om Prakash Chautala at the latter’s residence in Gurugram on Tuesday, JD(U) national secretary general KC Tyagi told TOI.
