The banned Communist Party of India (Maoist) has released a plan for its supporters to spread their influence in urban centres across the country ‘with open and secret organizations infiltrating and inciting agitations and mass revolutions against the government’. The group claims to have successfully infiltrated the farmers’ agitation at Delhi, which forced the government to roll back three farm laws.
