With the assembly elections round the corner, the BJP has intensified its poll campaign by roping in its national leaders while the Congress is struggling to settle its internal dispute, especially with regard to ticket distribution. To begin with, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a public meeting at Bilaspur on October 5 after dedicating the AIIMS Kothipura to the public. Earlier, on September 24, he was to address a BJYM rally at Mandi but could not land there due to bad weather. He later addressed the rally virtually.
