The diary entries of the main accused in the death of Jammu and Kashmir Director General (Prisons) Hemant K Lohia reveal that the man who allegedly killed the senior officer was “under depression”, said the police on Tuesday. DG (Prisons) Lohia, 57, was found dead at his residence on the outskirts of Jammu on Monday night with his throat slit and burn injuries on his body.
