Live: Rescue operation resumes at avalanche-hit Danda peak

At least six climbers with minor injuries were airlifted from avalanche-hit Draupadi ka Danda-II mountain in Uttarakhand after rescue operations resumed on Wednesday morning. Over 40 trainees and instructors of the Uttarkashi-based Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) undergoing advanced-level training were struck by a massive avalanche while trekking in the Dokriani Bamak glacier on Tuesday.
