The body of the woman, who was killed after being dragged by a car, was stuck under the left front wheel and blood stains were found on parts under the vehicle, according to preliminary forensic findings. A team comprising four members of the Forensic Science Laboratory in Rohini along with Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Harendra Kumar Singh re-examined the vehicle involved in the accident on Wednesday and recreated the crime scene.Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal on Wednesday urged people to stop questioning the morals of the Kanjhawla victim in the aftermath of claims made by her friend who was accompanying her at the time of the accident.The 20-year-old was killed after being hit and dragged by a car in outer Delhi on New Year. Her friend who was riding pillion at the time of the accident recorded her statement with Delhi Police on Tuesday.She claimed that the victim was drunk at the time and had insisted on riding the two-wheeler.Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday visited the residence of Delhi hit-and-run case victim. He said that if a polythene gets stuck, a person realises and stops the car and it can’t happen that a girl was stuck for 12 kms and it was not known. “I have met the family.
