Two Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter planes – Sukhoi-30 and Mirage 2000 – crashed near Morena district of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday morning. According to defence sources, the two aircraft had taken off from the Gwalior air base where an exercise was going under way. An IAF court of inquiry will establish whether it was a mid-air collision.
