Mendhar: Police on Saturday booked a notorious criminal under PSA at Mendhar. As per the details, a notorious criminal cum drug peddler namely Rayees Hayat alias Ayaz, son of Mohd Rafiq, resident of Chakbanola, Tehsil Mendhàr, District Poonch was booked under Public Safety Act (PSA) by Police Station Mendhar of District Poonch. “Police was looking for the accused and arrested him as he is again indulge in subversive activities which are threat to the peace and public order and to prevent him from acting in any manner prejudicial to the security of the UT and especially of District Poonch . In this regard, Public Safety Act was imposed on accused, warrant of arrest was executed and the accused got shifted to District Jail Poonch.
