JAMMU: J&K Bank XI shall meet Sainik Colony FC in the final of the ongoing first Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Football Tournament 2022-2023, organized by Shaheen Football Club under the aegis of J&K Football Association (DFA Jammu) at GGM Science College Ground, here on February 18 at 3:00 PM.
Earlier in first semifinal played on Thursday, Sainik Colony FC defeated Udhampur City FC by one goal to nil. For Sainik Colony FC, a lone goal was scored by Kartik in 15th minute.
In another semifinal, J&K Bank XI defeated Vijay Club by five goals to three via tie-breaker as the match ended in draw.
Today’s matches were witnessed by Narinder Gupta (Ex-Member Sports Council), Rakesh Kumar, David Masih, Yousaf Don, Rajesh Sumbria, Clint Mattoo, Peter Sandhu and Ramesh Chander (Organizing Secretary & International Player).
Today’s matches were officiated by technical panel comprising Ricky, Satnam, Shivam and Aryan.
