BJP on Thursday appointed new chiefs for four of its state units, unveiling a cast of interesting picks. In a move aimed at driving the wedge between Luv-Kush (Kushwaha-Kurmi) combination assembled by CM Nitish Kumar, the saffron outfit appointed vocal Kushwaha leader Samrat Chaudhary as the head of the Bihar unit, while picking a Brahmin C P Joshi to head the party in poll-bound Rajasthan.
