The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the DMK government’s plea against a Madras high court order allowing RSS to hold processions in Tamil Nadu. The apex court noted that members of RSS were “victims” and not perpetrators in many of the cases registered in the state in order to control the law and order situation in the aftermath of a ban on Popular Front of India (PFI)
