JKTF discusses issues of teaching community

JAMMU, June 10: For discussing various issues and demands, a meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum was held today under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria and Advisor Naresh Sharma at the Zonal Headquarter of Arnia.
The programme was organized by Ashwani Sharma, President JKTF zone Arnia and the Chairman was accompanied by the central body members comprising of Darshan Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Surinder Choudhary, Kewal Sharma, S Gurbachan Singh, Zonal President Bishnah, Ravinder Singh Chib, Zonal President R S Pura, Joginder Singh and Dharampal.
During the meeting, plethora of demands pertaining to the teaching community were discussed in details with focus on DPCs of different cadres of the Education Department.
While speaking on the occasion, Chairman Ganesh Khajuria stressed the members to put the main focus towards the children in the school as they are the utmost priority of the Forum. He also assured the members that their every genuine demand will be addressed on priority by advocating all the issues vigorously with the higher authorities.
On the occasion, Rashpal Singh, Daljit Singh and many others joined JKTF and pledged that they will work for the strengthening of the JKTF at grass root level without any compromise with the studies of the students. Rashpaul Singh was nominated as Zonal Vice President and Daljit Singh as Spokesperson.
The others, who attended the meeting, included Mohan Lal Sharma, Ashok Choudhary, Saudagar Singh Saini, Kewal Singh, Suresh Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, ,Jagdish Sharma, Jagdish Raj, Inderjeet, Kulbhushan Saini, Bawa Ditta, Yash Pal, Sanjeev Kumar, Mukhtiar Singh, Harbans Lal, Darshan Lal, Dharam Paul, Labha Ram, Prem Paul, Gagan Deep Gupta, Mukhtair Singh, Arun Gupta, Sukhdev Singh, Mohd Shafiq and Rajinder Singh.
