JAMMU, Nov 16: Former MLA and wife of Choudhary Lal Singh, Kanta Andotra today accused the Government of falsely implicating her husband and unleashing political vendetta.
Talking to media persons, here today, she claimed that Choudhary Lal Singh always raised his voice for the Dogras and Jammu people, who were being discriminated in every sphere of life.
“People know that Choudhary Lal Singh never did any wrong or resorted to corrupt practices. The case relating to the Trust land is still in the court of law, which has to take its decision. This Government is unleashing political vendetta and misusing Central agencies to target my husband,” said Kanta Andotra. She further alleged that those supporting Choudhary Lal Singh were also being targeted by the Government.
Exuding confidence over the judiciary and hoping justice, she said that Choudhary Lal Singh would come clean as all allegations against him were false and concocted.
Kanta Andotra appealed Dogras to come forward and actively support Lal Singh for the cause of Jammu.
Senior leaders of Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan were also present in the press conference.
