Suryakumar, who works as a labourer, has been residing in a makeshift hut at Shamshabad town. On Wednesday night, he along with his elder son one-year-old K Nagaraju, a 20-day-old newborn and other family members were sleeping in the hut. Around 1.30am, locals woke up Suryakumar informing that a pack of stray dogs was feeding on a child. When he rushed out, he saw the toddler lying dead.
