Indian embassy employee in Moscow arrested for allegedly spying for Pakistan’s ISI

In a notable counter-espionage maneuver, the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) apprehended Satendra Siwal (27) from Hapur on Sunday. He stands accused of purportedly divulging classified information to the Pakistan-based Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). According to Mohit Agarwal, the Additional Director General of ATS, Satendra held a position as a multi-tasking staff member at the Indian Embassy in Moscow. Allegedly acting as a spy for the ISI, he is accused of transmitting crucial information to his handlers across the border.
