Srinagar, Feb 10: SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta today directed the officers to improve the investigation in cases while stressing the use of the latest technology for better results.
He issued these directives during a crime review meeting at the conference Hall of DPO Ganderbal.
The meeting included a review of the status of under-investigation cases related to ULAP(A), NDPS Act, and crimes against women & children.
Addressing the officers, SSP Ganderbal emphasized that investigating officers, SHOs, and supervisory officers must take all necessary measures to enhance the investigation and disposal of cases.
He emphasized the need for improved quality in investigation and case disposal, urging them to adopt the latest techniques and standard operating practices to yield better results in the investigative process.
The meeting was attended by Addl. SP Ganderbal Malik Aijaz, SDPO Kangan Muzaffar Jan, DySP Hqrs Ganderbal Gh Hassan, DySP DAR DPL Ganderbal Nazir Ahmad, and SHOs/In-charges, as well as Investigation officers of Police Stations & Police Posts.
