Pawar asks people to support Cong to save Jammu’s dignity

JAMMU, Mar 31: Former MLA and Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee vice president Indu Pawar today sought the support of the people to protect the land and job rights of the locals.
Addressing a series of public meetings at Purkhoo and Muthi in Jammu North constituency in favour of party candidate from Jammu-Reasi Lok Sabha constituency- Raman Bhalla said JKPCC president Vaqar Rasool Wani had such a plan to field mass public leaders from Jammu & Udhampur Parliamentary constituency- Raman Bhalla from Jammu and Ch Lal Singh from Kathua to give relief to public from misgovernance of BJP & NDA Government. These candidates are very popular in public have done a lot for the development of our State. The Congress candidate is known as a leader who accelerated developmental activities.
Pawar asked the people to recall the tenure of Raman Bhalla as Minister when he solved the day-to-day problems of the people at their doorsteps.
Former MLA said that Jammu and Kashmir is passing through a very crucial phase so the victory of the Congress candidate is a must to protect the dignity and honour of the people of J&K in general and Jammu region in particular.
Indu Pawar regretted that the youth of the Jammu region have been deprived of jobs and employment opportunities but BJP leaders are shamelessly recruiting their family members through backdoor.
Cautioning people against the nefarious designs of the BJP, she said that the Saffron Party has destroyed the country, and it is the duty of all right-thinking people to unite to defeat the ruling party in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
“We need to unite and only then will we be able to fight the BJP. We won’t succeed if we keep attacking and fighting each other,” She said.
