Police seek help in tracing mentally challenged man

JAMMU, Mar 31: Police have sought help from general public in tracing a mentally challenged man, who went missing from his residence on March 29, 2024.
According to Police, one Dimpal Verma reported at Police Station Domana that his brother Balram Verma (36) son of Nanak Chand Verma of Chand Nagar Jammu, who is mentally challenged, left his home on March 29 without the notice of his family members.
They said the family members of the missing person have so far searched him everywhere but without any success.
The missing person, who is 5 feet and six inches tall and wheatish in complexion, was wearing a green shirt and trouser, black sandal, when he left his home, said police.
Even though a missing report has been lodged and police have started a search operation to trace the missing person, they have appealed the general public to share any information about the mentally challenged person on contact numbers 9796420793, 9596906116 and 9086588432.
