Regulator has directed Vistara to comply with rules regarding facilities that need to be provided to passengers in case of denied boarding and flight cancellations and delays along with provisions for refund and compensation. This information also has to be given to DGCA by Vistara. The regulator says Vistara is seeing flight disruptions “due to various reasons including crew unavailability.”
