SRINAGAR, Apr 19: Taking a serious note of the inauguration of a public park at Matargam area of Kupwara District without prior permission from the appropriate authorities, the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Kupwara, also serving as the Nodal Officer for Model Code of Conduct (MCC) in Kupwara, has requested the public representative to provide clarification on the breach of the MCC.
