UDHAMPUR, June 6: An investiture ceremony was held today at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA) Udhampur, where Garib Dass, ADGP, Director SKPA Udhampur, decorated Head Constable Dawood Ahmad Sheikh with the Director General of Police (DGP) medal.
Rajinder Kumar Gupta, SSP, Deputy Director (Indoor/Training), and Ramnish Gupta, SSP, Deputy Director (Administration), were also present on the occasion.
Head Constable Dawood Ahmad Sheikh was awarded the DGP’s Medal and Commendation Certificate in 2022 for his exemplary service.
Garib Dass congratulated the awardee, acknowledging his hard work, dedication and sincerity.
He emphasized that earning the DGP’s Medal is a significant achievement, reflecting the recipient’s commitment and pride in their duties. Garib Dass extended his best wishes for HC Dawood Ahmad Sheikh’s future endeavors.
