JAMMU, June 6: Puneesh Puri of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory has clinched a gold medal in 1500 meters Road Race event in 7th National Ranking Skating Championship in Raipur (Chhattisgarh) today.
More than 1200 participants from all across India are participating in this mega event which is being organised by Chhattisgarh Roller Skating Association under the aegis of Roller Skating Federation of India from June 6 to 9, 2024.
Puneesh has two more events of 500 and 1000 meters Rink Races to be conducted on June 8 and 9. Earlier this year he participated in 5th National Ranking at Amritsar where he clinched 2 gold and 1 silver medals and in 6th National Road Ranking at Goa where he got 2 gold medals in 1000 and 1500 meters Road Races respectively Under-14 age category.
