Jammu: Commission/ Secretary, ARI & Training Department, J&K, Jammu, Abdul Majeed Bhat on Thursday visited Ranbir Government Press Jammu and had detailed review of functioning of department.
The Commissioner/ Secretary directed the General Manager to conduct a DPC meeting within a month so that all the eligible officials will be elevated accordingly.
Besides, he also directed to install a complaint box at the main gate and a flex board in which the name of all the officers as well as Section Heads along with their phone number are display for the convenience of general public. He also emphasized for timely completion of pending court cases. On the occasion the Commissioner/Secretary also directed the General Manager to gear-up pace of work and complete the remaining jobs of intending departments well in time.
He also redressed some grievances of the employees of the Press, on spot.
